The Negotiator is a film starring Samuel L Jackson & Kevin Spacey. Samuel L Jacksons character Danny, a top hostage negotiator is framed for the murder of a cop. The only way he can stop going to jail & prove his innocence is to take drastic measures & take hostages himself. Kevin Spacey is the hostage negotiator called in to talk Danny out of what he is doing.
