Jensen Ross Ackles is an American actor. Ackles, born in Dallas, Texas, is perhaps best known for his role as Eric Brady on the NBC soap opera Days of Our Lives from 1997 to 2000. His portrayal of the young photographer earned him a 1998 Soap Opera Digest Award for Best Male Newcomer. After leaving Days, Ackles migrated to Vancouver, joining the cast of the series Dark Angel in the character of Alec. He stayed on that program, conceived by James Cameron & starring Jessica Alba, from 2001 to 2002. In 2003, he made several guest appearances as C,J. on the hit WB Network show, Dawsons Creek. In 2004, Ackles returned to Vancouver & became a regular on another wildly popular WB Network series, Smallville, which revolves around the life of the teenaged Clark Kent. His character, Jason Teague, is the current flame of Clark Kents ex-girlfriend, Lana Lang, played by Kristin Kreuk.

Shannyn Sossamon, born Shannon Marie Kahoolani Sossamon, October 3, 1979 in Honolulu, Hawaii, is an American musician & motion picture / music video actress. She is of mixed French, Native Hawaiian, Dutch, Irish, Filipino & German descent. Born in Hawaii, but native to Reno, Nevada, after her high school graduation, Sossamon moved to Los Angeles, where she pursued a career in dance; while she attended Dance Unlimited, Sossamon appeared in television commercials & had DJ gigs in local clubs. In 1999, Sossamon was discovered by casting director Francine Maisler, while helping a friend DJ at Gwyneth Paltrow s birthday party. Her first role was the female lead role in A Knights Tale. Reportedly close friends with Heath Ledger, she also appeared alongside him in 2003 in The Order & appeared in music videos for Mick Jagger & Korn. Sossamon continues to DJ weekly at a Los Angeles club, but spends most of her time filming. Sossamon gave birth to a son on May 29, 2003, named Audio Science Clayton.
