I bought this DVD after a friend of mine lost 3 pant sizes by just doing this workout, of course no junk food & lots of water. I bought the whole box set once I seen her sheid the pounds. Ive been doing this for a week now & Im starting to see my body start to tone up. Ive tried tae bo & other work out videos but I just couldnt stick to them. This one is different, Carmen makes you want to get fit. The dances are fun & you feel good when you can finish the whole run through with out messing up. I would recomend getting vol #2 frist its is a basic workout that tones you & gets your body ready for the strip dances. Vol 1 would come next & so on to 3,4,5. I wouldnt get this workout videos if you dont like to dance. You wont be interested long enough to see results. However if you like dancing & want to tone up your whole body & do it easy with out pain. Other then the pain youll have the day after your frist workout!! I would totally go with these videos. Carmen Electra is an American model, television personality, actress & singer. She was born in Cincinnati, Ohio. Her birth name was Tara Leigh Patrick. In 1992, Electra moved to Los Angeles & within one week met singer Prince. Soon after, she signed a recording contract with Paisley Park Records, Princes company. Her singing career was both short-lived & unsuccessful. In 1995, Electra started appearing in television programs such as Nickelodeon s All That & then in May of 1996 she appeared in Playboy magazine. This led to an increasing role as a television personality on various shows, including regular roles on MTV s Singled Out & Baywatch. Electra has appeared in several films, such as The Mating Habits of the Earthbound Human & the horror spoof Scary Movie. She also regularly performs with the dance revue The Pussycat Dolls. Electra achieved considerable notoriety during her on-again, off-again marriage to basketball star Dennis Rodman.
