Dumb & Dumber is a 1994 comedy film starring Jim Carrey as Lloyd Christmas & Jeff Daniels as Harry Dunne. It was written & directed by The Farrelly Brothers. It is a modern example of slapstick comedy. It also features Lauren Holly & Karen Duffy. In this film, Lloyd & Harry are two charming fools who live in Rhode Island, where Lloyd drives a limo. One day, he drives Mary Swanson to the airport & sees her leave her briefcase. He immediately rushes to take it to her, but her plane leaves the terminal before he can get to her. What he does not know is that the briefcase was intentionally left behind because it contains ransom money for the man who had Marys husband kidnapped. The kidnappers quickly follow Harry & Lloyd & try to figure out who they are. Our heroes decide to go to Aspen, Colorado to deliver the briefcase to Mary, who Lloyd thinks is single. Once there, they search for Mary, accidentally open the briefcase & see the money, decide to borrow some money & eventually meet up with her. Once there, they compete for her affections before learning about the kidnapping.

James Eugene Carrey is a Canadian / American film actor, comedian, writer & producer who was born & grew up in the Toronto suburb of Newmarket, Ontario. Pet Detective, Liar Liar & Bruce Almighty. A native of Canada, Carrey became a US citizen on October 7, 2004. A comedian from an early age, Carrey mailed his resumé to The Carol Burnett Show when he was 10 years old. The teachers in Carreys high school gave him a few minutes at the end of each school day to do a stand-up routine for his classmates. The Carrey family fell on hard times & were forced to move to the Toronto suburb of Scarborough, where they took security & janitorial jobs in the Titan Wheels factory. Carrey began working eight-hour shifts each day after school. Eventually, the Carrey family adjusted by living on a relatives lawn out of the family Volkswagen van until they could move back into town. Carrey dropped out of high school & began to work in comedy clubs & to develop his act, which included impersonations of celebrities such as Michael Landon & James Stewart. Posters Of Jim Carrey
