Despite some strong supporting performances, a film that tried too hard at not going anywhere. None of these lost souls are allowed to develop into characters interesting enough to engage. Daniel Auteuil is a French actor. He was born in Algiers, Algeria, to French parents who were both opera singers. His starring role in Jean de Florette brought him onto the world stage & he is now one of the best known & most popular actors in France.
