Background Information: Fraternity Vacation [Top] Classic 1980s romp starring future political puppy dog Tim Robbins as an egregious frat boy of the Theta Pi Gamma fraternity. Also starring Stephen Geoffreys, future star of homosexual pornography as Wendell Tvedt, the classic 80s supernerd. On Spring Break in Palm Springs California, midwestern frat animals hijinks melt the icy winter away as rival fraternity beefcakes compete for the affections of a sophisticated co-ed. An innocent pledge provides the laughs as the cool guys try to pull off the big score. Great flick with deep emotions & a truly flawless screenplay, even though Patrick Swayze is not in the movie. Leigh McCloskey, of Just One of the Guys fame, plays Charles Chas Lawlor III. Lawlor is the pride of the Beta Eps, a rival fraternity,the bad guys frat that boasts equally cool-dressed white men. Biography: Martin Mull [Top] Martin Mull is an American actor from Chicago, best-known for frequent appearances on the television show Hollywood Squares. Following a period of stand-up comedy perforances & recordings, his first famous role was as Garth Gimble & Barth Gimble in the television nighttime absurdist soap opera Mary Hartman, Mary Hartman, which led to spin-off comedy talk shows Fernwood 2-Night & America 2-Night, in which he played Barth Gimble, emcee. He sometimes had minor roles in major films, Take This Job & Shove It, Mr. Mom, Growing Pains, Clue, Mrs. Doubtfire, Jingle All the Way & recurring roles on television series followed.
