It is a good way to learn the Belly Dance. Tina explains everything about the moves & they are in fact very easy to learn! Before i buy this dvd i thought i could never learn this beautiful dance, but after one week i was naturally doing movements that seem very complicated at the beginning! After Tina teach one movement, two beautiful gils show the movement dancing with music, its great!
