The 1996 movie The Great White Hype stars Samuel L Jackson, Peter Berg, Jeff Goldblum, Jon Lovitz & Cheech Marin. Jackson stars as Rev. Sultan, the promoter of a champion boxer, who decides that he needs something new to boost the marketability of the boxing matches. He looks for & finds the only man to ever beat the champ; the problem is that he isnt a boxer anymore & hes white. However, once Rev. Sultan convinces him to fight, he goes into heavy training while the confident champ takes it easy & falls out of shape The film was distributed by 20th Century Fox.

Jeff Goldblum is an American film actor. The son of the deceased Doctor Harold Goldblum, Jeff was born in Whitaker, Pennsylvania. Rising to 64, Goldblum has a talent for delivering relaxed, naturalistic dialogue with impeccable comic timing. Though not often cast in leading roles, Goldblum is often cast in strong supporting roles. His roles in Jurrasic Park, The Big Chill, Into the Night, Independence Day & The Fly are among his most notable performances. He also had a supporting role in the 1984 cult favorite The Adventures of Buckaroo Banzai Across the Eighth Dimension. Goldblum has been married twice. He was married to Patricia Gaul from 1980 to 1986. He was later married to Geena Davis from November 1, 1987 to October 1990, with whom he starred with in three films. He has also been engaged to Laura Dern with whom he co-starred in Jurrasic Park. He was also reportedly engaged to Catherine Wreford, 23 year-old Canadian dancer. Samuel Leroy Jackson is an American actor. He has starred in many Hollywood movies. His performance in Jungle Fever was so acclaimed, the 1991 Cannes Film Festival created a Supporting Actor award just for him. Along with that award, he has won many others including a Silver Berlin Bear, A BAFTA Film Award & two Independent Spirit Awards. He is perhaps best known for his roles in the Spike Lee movies Do The Right Thing, Mo Better Blues & Jungle Fever, the Quentin Tarantino movies Pulp Fiction & Jackie Brown & as jedi Mace Windu in the prequel Star Wars Trilogy.
