Story about late 1960s Sydney underworld & the introduction of electronic one arm bandits offered by the US mafia, the Yanks. What can I say - Watch it ! 5 stars for the movie & 3 for the DVD extras !

In my mind a superior movie to the cult Lock, Stock & Two Barrels. Great 70s retro look, great cinematography & some cool sequences scattered throughout. Superb acting & great humour, despite the odd bit of violence.

Extras on the DVD are pretty poor however - 30+ photos & factuals on 6 or so of the main actors + the original promo. Shame there is no Documentary on the making of. The DVD Menu however is top notch & merges into the movie perfectly. Gagging for a sequel methinks & a re-release with some real extras.

Antonia Toni Collette is an Australian actress. She has appeared in many Australian & American movies. She has been married to Dave Galafassi since January 11th, 2003. She has won three Australian Film Institute awards, including Best Actress in a Lead Role for Muriels Wedding, in 1994, a role for which she gained 40 lb in seven weeks. She is probably best known for her Academy Award nominated role as the mother of troubled boy Cole in the film The Sixth Sense.
