Body Training - Low Impact Aerobics
Consumer DVD Review [Top] I dont like to write a negative review, but I couldnt in truth write anything else about this dvd. It is truly awful. I would have given it no stars if I could.
The lady doing the exercises does not speak: either the voice over is someone else, or it is her doing it after she has filmed the exercise routine - whatever it is, it does not always synchronise with the moves exactly as they are done, which is very off-putting to say the least. The music is terrible, & to cap it all, I think that you would need a degree in choreography to be able to learn & complete all the moves; its that complicated! Perhaps if the routine looked interesting you might be motivated to try & learn it, but it doesnt. Its a Saturday Night Fever style dance & despite what the box says you also need a lot of space. I couldnt tell you if it burned up a lot of calories or made you drip with sweat because it was way too complicated for me to even last long into the routine, then I just couldnt be bothered to carry on, although I did watch it through to the end out of interest to see if it got any better - it didnt. It just did not inspire me to keep trying. It was a real shame too, because I so wanted a routime that would burn up a lot of calories & be low impact. I am a fitness fanatic & do fitness dvds five days a week, (Nell McAndrews ,Tae bo, Harveys fighting fit, fighting fat etc, & I wanted something different. If you want a low impact routine you would be better off trying any of the other dance dvds that are out there, they cannot be worse than this. Link To This Article: [Top] ©2004-2008 DVDArk.co.uk
