This Dvd will be most interesting for rock fans or people that had in mind that Flamenco music is all about speeding phrases in acoustic guitars with some dancer in the background. Paco de Lucia may be rooted in the Flamenco music but he had enough courage to cross the borders, to understand that music is not only Flamenco & to get into the demanding jazz/rock scene together with John McLaughlin & others. This aspect gave him a new depth in his music & even better technique . This DVD gives the listener a good view over PDL musical influences & musical background & as such is highly recommended.
