Big Trouble is a film based on the novel Big Trouble by Dave Barry. It was directed by Barry Sonnenfeld & featured a large cast including Tim Allen, Rene Russo & Dennis Farina. Like much of Barrys fiction, it follows a diverse group of people through a series of extremely strange situations against the backdrop of southern Florida. They have forty-five minutes to save the world. They need forty-six. Eliot Arnold has had some bad luck lately. He lost his job as a newspaper columnist after losing his temper with his editor. His wife cheated on him, leading to their divorce. The advertising agency he opened has only attracted a few lowlife clients. His teenage son Matt thinks hes a complete loser. He drives a Geo. Anna Herk has had better days herself. She has a close relationship with her daughter Jenny, but her husband Arthur Herk is insufferable & quite possibly insane. The frantic pacing of Big Trouble is surely intentional, but the movie leaves you wanting more of... something. Not more characters, its got plenty of those, but more room for them to breathe in a top-heavy plot that recalls Get Shorty without reaching those heights of ingenuity. Based on the bestseller by syndicated Miami Herald columnist Dave Barry, this Miami-based mayhem bears the distinct imprint of Barrys humour, in which absurdities pile up like rush-hour traffic, involving a former journalist connected by circumstance to a wealthy schemer , his bored wife , Russian mobsters, mismatched cops , power-crazed FBI agents , a Frito-loving drifter , cretinous criminals , & a gigantic toad that shoots hallucinogenic saliva. Culminating in an airport bomb smuggling , Big Trouble needs the brilliant cohesion of Dr Strangelove; what it gets is Sonnenfelds knack for sustained chaos, & a few decent belly laughs. ,

Andy Richter is an American comedian, best known for his roles as the sidekick to Conan OBrien on Late Night with Conan OBrien & his own failed sitcom Andy Richter Controls the Universe. Richter was born in Grand Rapids, Michigan as the second of four children & was raised in Yorkville, Illinois. Richter played in several Chicago improv groups before catching his role with Conan OBrien. Richter left his post at Late Night in 2000, saying he wanted to focus on an acting career. Currently, he can be seen on the Fox Network program Quintuplets, although the show has been critically panned since its debut during the summer of 2004. Posters Of Big Trouble

Donald Joseph Qualls is an American actor, better known as DJ Qualls. Qualls was born in Nashville, Tennessee & was raised in Manchester, Tennessee, as one of five children. He studied at the University of London & returned to Tennessee where he began acting at a local theater. He was diagnosed with Hodgkins lymphoma, a form of cancer at age 14. Qualls worked as a paralegal in 1997. Qualls was a passenger aboard JetBlue Airways Flight 292 on September 21, 2005, a flight in which the landing gear wouldnt fully retract forcing an emergency landing. He is probably most famous for portraying a college nerd who performs a wild dance at a black fraternity in Road Trip. He also played Dizzy Gillespie Harrison in the film The New Guy He has also done work on television as well. Criminal Intent.
