Patrick Allen is a British actor & voice actor with film & television credits dating from 1954 to 1999. He was also the narrator for the British Governments Protect & Survive series of instructional videos in the 1970s; some of his lines in that production were sampled into the single Two Tribes by the band Frankie Goes To Hollywood.
