Billy Madison is a 1995 farce starring Adam Sandler in the title role. The comedy film also features Bradley Whitford, Josh Mostel, Bridgette Wilson, Chris Farley & Darren McGavin. Madison is a grown up son of a hotel tycoon who spends most of his time being drunk around the house, chasing an imaginary penguin & putting flaming bags of dog feces on his neighbors lawn. When his father announces his retirement, he chooses his vice president, not Billy. Billy makes a bet that he is smart enough to run the company. If he goes back to school starting from first grade to twelfth & graduates each grade in two weeks, he gains control of his fathers company, Madison Hotels. I have seen this movie loads of times & it never gets old, another classic installment from Adam Sandler. As a drop out from school Billy Madison finds out he wont be getting his fathers multi million dollar company, so he decides to go back to school & graduate to prove to his dad hes worthy of the company. Its a laugh a minute film guaranteed to make you laugh out loud with some of the outragous things he gets up to on his way through school. Id definantly recommend this film to anyone who appreciates Adam Sandlers film & who got a sense of humour. Its one of his earlier film but dont let that put you off, its eqaully as good as any of the films hes done since. Get this film trust me you wont be disapointed!

Adam Sandler is an American actor, comedian, producer & musician who was born in Brooklyn, New York & raised in Manchester, New Hampshire. In the late 1980s, Sandler portrayed Smitty on The Cosby Show. He also was a writer for the MTV game show Remote Control, on which he made several featured appearances. Sandler started performing in comedy clubs by spontaneously taking the stage at a club in Boston. He was then discovered by comedian Dennis Miller, who caught Sandlers act in Los Angeles. Miller immediately recommended Sandler to Saturday Night Live producer, Lorne Michaels. Sandler was hired as a writer for Saturday Night Live in 1990 & became a featured player the following year. Sandler quickly made a name for himself by performing amusing original songs on the show, including The Chanukah Song. Sandler graduated from New York University with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in 1991. On Sunday, June 22, 2003, he wed model Jackie Titone, whom he met on the set of Big Daddy. Darren McGavin, is an actor who first appeared in the movie A Song to Remember & moved on to a wide variety of TV & movie roles. Over the course of his career this veteran actor has starred in seven different TV series & guest-starred in many more. McGavin is probably best known for his role of The Old Man in the classic Christmas movie A Christmas Story. He has won one ACE award & received an Emmy nomination as an Outstanding Guest Star in a Comedy Series on the comedy series Murphy Brown. The Night Stalker. He is also well known for his role as Mike Hammer in the TV series Mike Hammer. Kolchak was the inspiration for the successful 1993 series The X-Files & - because of this - McGavin was asked to play the role of Arthur Dales, the man who started the X-Files, in three episodes.
