Having been a huge fan of Fame Academy from start to finish,I was naturally very eager to get this DVD..however Im left feeling very dissapointed & a bit ripped off by the lack of new stuff here.Dont get me wrong, the musical section is great but the footage which promised the Fame Academy story from start to finishwas short, boring & included about two clips I hadnt seen before! It just toldwhat happened, not what I was expecting at all I sure they could have done a lot better than this.

Biography: Patrick Kielty
[Top]
Patrick Kielty is a Northern Irish television personality. He was born in Dundrum, County Down, Northern Ireland & raised a Roman Catholic. The Troubles there affected him more personally than most. His father, Jack Kielty, a businessman, was murdered by loyalist paramilitaries, although Jack Kielty had no ties to any republican militant group. Patrick Kielty formerly dated Amanda Byram who has worked for the Irish TV channel TV3 & Channel 4 in the UK. He joked that due to the fact that she was from the South of Ireland their relationship received cross-border funding. Patricks career started when he was a student at Queens University, Belfast. He started to become well known locally for his stand-up comedy routines. He later became the warm-up act for a BBC Northern Ireland programme Anderson on the Box presented by local personality Gerry Anderson. When this show was axed, Pat Kielty presented its replacement, PK Tonight.
