My 2 year old daughter absolutely loves Bear... the first time that Bear sniffed at the TV, she got a bit of a fright, but just laughs now when he does this!

This DVD has 3 episodes, which are all based around a theme but this is probably lost on the wee ones. As well as this, there is a karaoke type sing-along to a few of the songs within the episodes - this is quite good fun. The reason that I have given 4 stars rather than 5 is that I am sure they could have added a few extras without too much trouble, & this would have just made the DVD better value for money. All in all though, this is the best Bear DVD I have so well worth getting hold of.

Biography: Jim Martin
[Top]
Big Jim Martin played lead guitar in Faith No More from 1983 to 1993 & lead guitar with Anand Bhatt in the 2000s. He participated on the albums We Care A Lot, Introduce Yourself, The Real Thing & Angel Dust. // Martin joined Faith No More as its first guitarist in 1983. Although he had no love for original singer Chuck Mosley, nor any respect for his talent, Martin was happy as the bands main focus. Their early sound can be & has been, described as guitar driven. When internal squabbling forced Moseley out of the picture, it was Martin who suggested Mike Patton, from Eureka, California. Reasons for his departure from Faith No More generally boil down to Mike Pattons influence on the band. Although Patton contributed all the vocals to The Real Thing, the album was written & completed well before Pattons arrival. Martin would later say that The Real Thing was his ideal album, both in the creative process & the touring afterwards.
