Here we have Danny Dravens low-budget, tongue firmly in cheek, B-movie gore film. Released by Film 2000 you know the budgets going to be low & the DVD extras are going to be minimal. Youve got your usual Scene Selection & Trailers with this release, the trailers being Witch House 3 - Demon Fire, Graveyard Shift & The Dummy.

All in all, Hell Asylum brings you a bit of a badly acted laugh, with low-budget, creative & well constructed special gore effects. The plot isnt the most original of plots, but it does offer up a great potential for some nasty splatter.

The characterization is very poor, the storyline weak & the acting diabolical, but its still enjoyable to watch & worth picking up if its on the cheap.
