Consumer DVD Review [Top] This could have been quite good. Charlie Sheen raises what could have been a mediocre plod of a film to quite high levels with an excellent performance. Unfortunately the put-on accent of the American actress chosen to play the female Scottish detective was so dreadful that the film becomes a bad joke. How can a film retain your attention & belief if the lead females voice meanders between a Scottish, American & Irish accent? I dont normally write reviews but a piece of advice for any leading actors or actresses. Never work with animals, children or abismal accent impressionists!
