Biography: Dave Weckl

Dave Weckl is a jazz fusion composer & drummer. He used programmable drum machines with the Chick Corea Elektric Band. Starting out on the New York fusion scene, Weckl soon found himself working with players such as Corea, Michel Camilo & Anthony Jackson. Since 1990, he has released several recordings as a leader of his own band. He has also been active producing instructional material for drummers.
