Gym Ball - Inch Loss Workout
Consumer DVD Review [Top] I suffered a serious back injury earlier this year & using a gym ball was suggested by my physio. I live in the middle of the countryside & there were no classes nearby so I bought this DVD This workout combines all the things I want from an exercise, firstly it is enjoyable so I want to keep doing it, it tailors the exercise from beginner to advanced so I can progress & get plenty of use out of it & is also very relaxing & de-stressing.
I have been doing this workout 3-4 times a week for the last month & have really noticed a difference to my shape but more importantly the core stability I have gained has really made a difference to my back. The workout it about 45 minutes long but is so enjoyable that the time whizzes by & unlike most other fitness videos the presenter does not chatter on incessantly. Great for anybody who fancies a different workout & is fantastic for strenghening your back & stomach muscles if these are particularly weak the only minor downside is that you do need quite a bit of room to do the workout. Biography: Lucy Knight [Top] In the fictional television series ER, Lucy Knight was a medical student portrayed by actress Kellie Martin. The character was part of the show for the 5th & 6th seasons. When she was first introduced on ER, Doug Ross called her a by the book medical student. Dr Carter soon became her mentor in the ER. The two became close friends & had even become romantically involved. One day, a man with schizophrenia was checked into the Emergency Room. While in a delusional state, the man acquired a butcher knife & managed to stab both Knight & Dr Carter. While Dr Weaver & Dr. Corday were initally able to repair the damage to Knights body, she soon developed complications, including a pulmonary embolus. Dr. Corday & Dr. Romano both tried to save her life, but Knight died while on the operating table, throwing Dr. Romano into a fit of rage. Dr. Carter blamed himself for Knights death. Her death, along with the pain caused by his own stab wounds, had contributed to his abusing drugs.
