| Royal Tramp is a 1992 Hong Kong comedy directed by Wong Jing & Ching Siu-tung. The movie starred Stephen Chow as the anti-hero named Wai Siu-Bo. It is a film adaption of the popular Chinese novel The Deer & the Cauldron by wuxia novelist Jin Yong. The movie was one of the five top-grossing films in Hong Kong in 1992. The other four films were also starring Stephen Chow. |
Biography: Chingmy Yau

Chingmy Yau is a retired Hong Kong actress. Yau entered the Hong Kong film industry through a beauty pageant. She competed in the 1989 Miss Hong Kong beauty pageant but only took the title of Miss Photogenic. This was enough to win her several film roles. Her career did not take off until she became involved with Hong Kong film director Wong Jing, even though he was married at the time & who cast her in a series of Category III films. The most notable of these was Naked Killers. In 1997 she split up with Wong & her career slowed down significantly. In 1999 she married Hong Kong fashion designer Shen Jiawei & at present has two children. Chingmy Yau Suk-ching at the Internet Movie Database.
